Does anyone know a good place to get velvet saddle cloths in my choice of colours? I have tried Crown Equestrian (now Equestrian Embroidery) but after several emails and them saying they were ready I can no longer get hold of them.
We have a QH x paint. He is 14.2 and 5years. We have backed and produced him from a 3 year old and he is a fab alrounder and has taken to everything we have thrown at him. He has done SJ, HT, ODE and even gymkhana. We are now selling him as a PC alrounder.
I always use Halti's they are fab. They do NOT hurt the dog in any way but unlike harnesses etc they cannot pull back on them. I have used the Halti on my cocker spaniel, 2 Great Danes, Doberman and Husky and it has worked brilliantly every time with no pain to the dog. I would highly recommend...
we have had up to 9 dogs at a time loose on our yard, 5 large breeds living loose 24/7 and 4 mini breeds who live in house at night but are loose all day and have not had a major injury from cars or the 17tonne horse lorry being driven around. We had one dog kicked by pony but was only bruised...
I drive a 17 tonne lorry better than most men so I've been told. I've driven a caravan all over Europe and can reverse either within an inch on their lives. I am a woman driver.
Ours are cold so we are rugging everything at night - in and out and some during day. Can't believe its August! Ours are also so fed up with the limited grass situation. They ask to come in early.
Good. It was Baileys that we tried and it sent them all nuts then we changed to Baileys no4, the conditioning cubes and they are great. We also find haylage hots them up so would change to hay as others have suggested. Good luck.
You said you are using a non-heating conditioning mix. We were also using one but although it said non-heating our horses went nuts on it so we changed to non-heating cubes and they calmed down again. Just a thought.
