That's correct,
Lack of funding across the services meant the public displays etc and indeed the whole show was cancelled.
It is only being run thanks to 2 of the competitors taking on the running and cost of the show.
However there are jumping classes for the public on the Sunday.

A broken leg, particularly one as complicated as suffered by the Lady in question can account for massive internal blood loss, and is indeed a medical emergency. Injuries such as this require rapid evacuation by trained staff to prevent the condition worsening. Waiting around...
