im driving for the first time tonight , and im clueless ! ive only ever sat in the passenger seat before now except once , when i drove a very experienced pony that knew his job up the drive for about 10meters lol . can anyone give me advice / tips for driving ?

that is really odd :S is it always his belly and rugs that he bites at ? maybe he has some kind of digestive discomfort? cant think of anything else sorry

i work 3 full days a week , but am at the yard with him all day most of the days that im not working . it is a busy yard so he can watch the goings on but that doesnt seem to help

thanks everyone the penning idea sounds good , i might try that , will have to ask my yard manager though . if not then i will have to go on a toy buying spree for him !

i'd walk him in hand no soft ground each day if possible and leave him in the field between . hope he gets well soon x

hes done something to his tendon , the vets not sure yet . but he's going to scan it this week and see. He probably injured himself whilst bronching & running round in his stable ( which he does a lot lol ) its been 4 days of his box rest and he is already looking fed up !

wouldnt change my boett for anything ! love it to bits all my other rugs are horseware or premier equine ( exept 2 or 3 fly rugs ) and they are all great

my section d is hot headed at the best of times . but he is now on 6 months box rest with a small amount of walking out each day. i need some ideas for keeping him amused in his stable please? he has a stable mirror which he ignores and a snack-a-ball which he kicks the hell out of ! any ideas...

woof wear boots have thick padding , more protection . they also have a tought panel at the back of the foot so that pepsi's knack for ripping them hasnt worked ! a few big velcro straps which are easier than loads of little ones . lasted me years
