No problem - I was just wondering, if you can mix colours to get a different colour, if I can get a pink horse from mixing a cremello and a strawberry roan lol it was a long shot, I know but worth a try :)

Today I saw a horse for sale advert which says 'cremello mare, suitable for breeding with a chesnut, you get a palomino.' Now there was me thinking it had something to do with dominant and recessive genes and that you couldn't just mix two colours together - atleast that's what they taught me at...

I know, of course they need to look into it properly. All insurance companies do but most do it far sooner than E&L. If they have such a large backlog it would explain it though - that new claims manager better get moving.

So she filmed an advert and didn't pat the horse - who cares? I don't even like her and don't see a problem with this. Not that I will ever regard her as a 'horse woman' though. She doesn't seem to be particularly 'warm' towards horses but who says she has to be.

I wouldn't know what to say - I have been riding about 8 years and consider that a fair amount of time but I don't count myself as an 'experienced' rider. I have ridden plently of naughty horses and ponies that have tried to throw me off - used to think it was fun but you wont find me doing...
