Happy New Year.
Just thought I'd update you on my JE situation!
As yet we STILL havent had an outcome!!! We have failed out appeal and are waiting to go to 2nd appeals as we have afound a "like for like" job that has come out on a higher scale than us! We should get a date by the 31st March which then takes us into our lower salary (which is rubbish!) but they have said "if we do" win our case they'll back date any money.
What a nightmare this whole process has been!
