I'm sorry. I won't comment again - I just feel that breeding in the UK is out of control, and that there are far too many horses needing homes.
Congratulations OP!!
He could have held off a day though! All the best folk have birthdays on the 6th of January
What a beauty.
I also have no problem with breeding if the foal is from good quality parents, and born into a knowledgable, loving environment.
Your inbox is full so I'll hijack the thread instead...
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
Going back a page now to look at babies family in the links![]()

. Where will the next generation of competition animals come from if none are bred?

Before you judge you need to know what and who you are judging.
An apology wouldn't be amiss![]()
He's going to win the reining world championship at least 5 times and be a number 1 stallion!!!Joking aside, I'll let him grow up a bit then decide if I keep him or sell him on.
There is always someone ready to put a downer on threads and the sad thing is, they don't have the courage to apologiseI'm sure Shysmum will read this and Im sure she wont apologise for lumping me in with the back yard breeders :/
You could just as easily say that about the human population in the UK but I assume you have plans for children, if you haven't got any already?I'm sorry. I won't comment again - I just feel that breeding in the UK is out of control, and that there are far too many horses needing homes.
He is smashingMany congrats OP!
Are Quarters bred early like TB's or is it just that you are oversea's and the breeding season is earlier where you are?
My boss has a Welsh Cob stud and has said that she quite likes having earlier foals (although not quite this early) as it means they are more mature and ready for their 1st winter, and also for the foal shows!
I love the bloodlines of your boy, I hope you have a wonderful future together! x
