Have been to a auction tonight to see what it went for maybe place a bid..anyhow its 2.11 acres of grazing,slight slope,not fenced,in greenbelt what do you think it went for?!

A lot as that is amenity land size If next door to someones house £ 60k? Only think that as farmer next door trying to sell me some land and keeps an eye on these things!

Nope next to anyones house..surrounded by moor walkways..but surprisingly good grazing although a fair bit of reeds down one side!!

There's 4 acres up for sale near here, main road location adjacent National Trust land, and they want 100K + a huge uplift if built on in the next 30 years.

There are 8 acres here with planning permission (so no building) for a house of approx 5,000 square feet. Price? £1.4 million. Oh the joy of living in the Chilterns!!!
