6 Months on and the scrawny one has grown.....*PICS*

I have had Pixie for just under 6 months and I can't believe how much she has grown!

When she arrived she was really scrawny, was full of lice and worms and generally very weak!

Now she is growing like a weed, loves tearing around the field and has lots of fun pulling me down the road whilst we are suppose to be having a steady in-hand trot

How do you think she looks? Any idea on her breed?

No idea on trhe breed I'm afraid, but I do like Pixie.

She's definately at the wonky uneven stage but she looks nice now her coat is coming out! Still got baby feet too!

She's very trim too which I would prefer, all her energy must be going into growing. It will be interesting to see her at the end of the summer.

AWW she reminds me of my welsh sec d. she looked just liked your first pictures when i first got her at 6 months- she is now the biggest MF out there!!!

Welsh D is what I though, I was told she was Welsh D x Arab but I can't see the Arab in her at all.

I am really hoping she will make at least 14.2hh (she is currently just under 13hh) Do you think that is likely? She is still only about 11 months old.

Looks very welsh at the moment-Will be interesting to see her after summer. Fat Ginga is PB Arab/welsh, more welsh blood though, so they can come in very chunky!

I've got a welsh D x who is nearly 10 months old and stands at 12.2hh and she is expected to make 15hh so yeah I can see your madam making 14.2hh easily if she's that big already

The mane didn't look to bad until I hacked it off

It wasn't for cosmetic reasons though, it was just to try and keep her neck cool as she used to be so sweaty under it when it was long!
