Well it's taken me 8 months to finally get back in the saddle and back around horses

I lost my boy last August and decided to take sometime out from horses. I have a tendency to make 'rash' decisions when my heads a wreck and I feared I'd go straight back out there and buy another then regret it.

So the past week all I could think about was riding!! And I knew it was time so I booked myself in for a nice hour long hack and it was lovely. Rode a nice little cob mare and had a good canter across the fields in the sunshine.

I'm booked back in for next week again which I can't wait.

But now I want to be 'more involved', though buying another and loaning isn't an option due to work. Any ideas? I'd love to find something to ride 2 days per week in West Lancashire area.

Nice post! Good to hear you are back in the saddle!

You will have to find a share, I reckon. You might find it more difficult if you must have weekend days, but if you can do a couple of weekdays there is bound to be someone who'd appreciate your help. Advertise in local tack shops etc?
