I posted last night a plee to borrow a white halter for my in hand show tomorrow (not thinking for one minute i had a chance of getting anywhere with it) and i had a quick reply from BMP to say she had one and that i could use hers or buy it from her,it turns out she wasn't far from me at all so after a few PM's between each of us i whizzed over to hers this lunchtime and had a wonderful chat conversation her..............what a lovely lady, got to meet her lovely dogs, horses and daughter and had a good old horsey chat. So a big big thank you for helping me out at short notice and if you ever need any help with your cheeky new forest you know where i am ;)

To all forum members..............don't under estimate the power of this wonderful forum and the good people/contacts it leads too!!!!!

:) :)

see, there are still nice people in the horsey world. I had lunch with wilma bumfitt yesterday. She was over from Italy to visit her family. I met her last year too and costa coffee wanted to charge us rent for the length of time we sat there gabbing about all things horsey.
This time she came to my place and met the family including the nutty chestnut and my wee dobie.
We had a lovely day.

Ahh fab. There are loads of nice people out there, it's just a matter of bumping into them at the right time :)

This forum is amazing isn't it? I have had no end of help and offers from all sorts of members and made some fantastic friends :)

Yep, I met up wiht someone from this forum where I live that wanted to come out and look at some healthy happy barefoot Parelli trained horses :)

We even went out for a ride in the woods.

We have a 'forum' horse and I have met a few lovely peeps from on here. They banned one really good and kind peep for her forthrightness but I know I'd love her if we ever met - she's on my FB so Ha! to Admin. In fact there are a few on FB and the place is fantastic for info and making the horse world even smaller than ever.
