They have just replaced a pair of Mudbusters I bought this time last year from our local Derby House (which has now closed) without questions or any hassle. I didnt have the receipt, didnt keep it after the first few months but I have only worn these wellies a couple of dozen times and they split across the front. I called them last week, they sent me a return postage label and asked me to post them back for investigation. This morning I have received a replacement pair through the post with a note of apology. How refreshing!!
 
I agree. The zip on my daughters boots broke after only six months use and they just replaced the boots, no questions. Would definitely buy from them again.
 
They replaced mine too! Thing is it makes me want to buy from them again knowing the customer care is there :):):):)love ariat:):):):)
 
I wish a certain company who make clothes and boots to cater for people with a wider calf measurement would take some advice from ariat customer service! Knew I shouldve bought some more ariats! They never quibble and are really speedy at sorting problems
