Just posted about selling our little Welsh pony and am hoping that I have got the price right. How mcuh would you say she is worth?

11hh 15year old Reg Welsh A mare. Absolutely wonderful with children - my 5 yr old brushes, picks out feet, baths her, catches / leads her. Rides in walk and trot on/off lead rein. Has nt really done much proper ridden work, probably a couple of times a month pottering around the field with the children over last 3 years, a few riding lessons and some very small hacks, although I have lead her from my horse a couple of times and she was fine. Been to a few local shows and been fine.

She lacks confidence a little around her ears and has suffered laminitis (although not for 2 years) so needs to be managed accordingly but these are her only faults - great with farrier, to catch, load etc. Couple of piccies

Argghhh I am still not convinced this is the right thing to do.....

ha ha 2-2500 ?? I nearly passed out.... Bless her, she is worth her weight in gold in temperament but dont think people would pay for just that. I have her up for £500 so maybe thats OK

I agree and think £500 is a steal

and laminitis is to be honest expected in welshes.

I'm quite shocked at this comment!! - maybe if it weren't 'expected' it wouldn't happen so much.
Laminitis should be 'expected' in any breed.
