You are doing so well with her. I had never heard of Carneddau ponies, but have since looked it up - amazing genetics.

A little Meg update. She’s doing really well in every way. She is confident now with pretty much any person.
We’ve been having a lot of work done on the yard (resurfacing, drains, manège being tidied etc) and the chaos and workmen/trucks/machines have literally transformed her and turned her from nervous with anyone other than me to confident to pretty much deal with anything and anyone. The workmen love her and visit her every day in their hi viz and hats and she gives them cuddles 😂

In true native style her winter coat is already coming through thick and fast! I can’t believe how quick it’s changing again but I suppose she’s always prepared herself for winter on a mountain side!

She now investigates things that she would previously find scary. She wants to go and touch anything that appears on the yard that’s not normally there. Tonight it was cones.

Shes been with me for 4 months now

Meg is a little darling! All down to you, you’ve worked wonders to turn her into the beautiful and confident girl she is today. No wonder the workmen love her 🥰

She has a lovely chilled out look about her now. What a pretty girl 😍

My Shetlands are growing their coats already too. One of them didn't actually get all his summer coat, his belly was still a bit hairy, now the rest is growing to match!
