Hello!
I'm venturing into the scary world of AAD, hopefully you guys can help me out
For my Honours Project I'm hoping to work with wolves and do behavioural studies using different types of food and sensory enrichment, and I'm looking for any different ideas apart from the obvious hidden food, scents and things.
I'm researching options at the moment but thought I'd ask in here
So, my long shot is has anybody worked with wolves and knows what they like/don't like?
Otherwise, what do your dogs like to play with, or eat, especially any unusual things you've discovered?
So far I have
Play items - big balls
, disco ball to create spots of light for them to chase, ropes and tyres, etc.
Hidden food/foraging, e.g. puzzle feeders.
Food frozen in ice.
Food buried in a sand pit (not sure I'd be allowed to do that
)
Scents - lemon, vanilla, cinnamon
Blood trail to food or rawhide treats.
Thanks
