I have a wonderful supercob, but he has one downfall - his travelling solo is stompy and worrisome.
I do need him to travel solo, we cant always have the luxury of company and I want to be able to take him out solo confidentally.
I want to know please if there is any way of teaching a stompy traveller to travel nicely? I think its a combination of excitement and anxiousness, he doesnt do it in company.
Travelled him today solo for 2 miles to a friends yard and he was stamping the whole way. Hes the same over longer distances too. When I bought him I was made aware of this vice, and the advice was once hes loaded dont hang around, which I now understand. Any pearls of wisdom please?
