A very happy post - first day ridden for 5months

Just wanted to share my happy photo. For various reasons, injury. moving house, injury etc etc etc my horse and I never really got off to the start I'd hoped. I've only had her 10 months and due to one thing and another I've only sat on her maybe 15-20 times

After being given the all clear from the trimmer, saddle fitted and tidied up, here is a photo from her first outing in 5 months (and she wasn't ridden properly even before that!) I am told she behaved brilliantly, in true Clover fashion (I didnt ride her as I'm 20 weeks pregnant and we weren't sure how she'd react...)

Thanks Duckling for taking her and thanks for everyone from the forum who nursed me through various issues while she was off, it's very much appreciated.

She's positively scrawny now, but a good basis to start slow building up I think a good time was had by all and Clover is now out enjoying herself in the sunshine

That's brilliant - it's awful when you aren't happy with a farrier/trimmer and finding a good one is so vital.
