Where do people buy their Advantage from??
Amymay, you never come across as the type who would "flee" from anyone or anything.Sorry. It's a flee treatment.
Advocate is prescription only - so to buy online you need to cost in a consultation with your vet and a fee for the prescription and funnily enough once you do that, there is often no saving over buying direct from the vet... If you know anybody who comes and goes from Australia it can be bought over the counter there. I work with a load of Aussies and despite them thinking I'm slightly mad they happily bring it back from home for meIt's the only flea/worm treatment I rate mainly because it works for lung worm too...
Advantage isn't a POM and can be ordered online with no problems. I would just make sure that any site you use has a (proper) UK address/landline and is registered with the RVCS which is a legal requirement I think.
Thanks cbmcts. Which would you say was the best of the two?
Amymay - I just pop into my vets and buy Advocate over the counter so to speak as they know me and dog so don't have to pay for a consultation etc. and they know I'm perfectly capable of applying it myself despite being blond ;-)
