I need to know what I should be looking for in a strong digital pulse indicative of laminitus please? Does it mean you can feel it easily or that it is beating very fast or both?
Please provide any advice, especially those that have experience of lami.
Just in case you are wondering, I have consulted my vet and they were not overly worried atm...I had brought him straight into stable and onto older hay. He is fine in himself but m gut said something was wrong as he was shifting his feet about abit...walking fine and not looking in pain...may be something of nothing but just in case.
I can feel a good pulse with firm pressure and he has never had lami before...just hope he does not now either!
