Well as some of you know I was booted by him the other day in the field. He has the roam of 23acres with 2other horses but as he has no headcollar on atm catching him is a challenge to say the least- even when he does have it on, I have to bring the other two down before he even contemplates being caught. Now this has only been a problem in the summer, he is in a routine during his working monthes and will always come in for his tea. After yesterday's dull moments I have phoned mum and asked her what I can do (live on a big dairy farm and have only one paddock which must be saved for winter with the ground being so crap now)
I can either take my chances with electric fencing which Montycob has no fear of, or as of next week I can stable him at night. I need to ride him every day now to get him fit, little idea anyone? x
