Does anyone else keep looking at their fat mares and thinking I wonder what's in there? :o :D

I got my ISH Mare in September last year and she is a very good doer that seems to live on fresh air. She has put on weight recently despite an increase in work and no change to her diet. I'm almost certain she isn't pregnant as she isn't that kind of fat and shows no other signs but I can't help thinking about how exciting it would be if she did pop out a surprise foal :o :D

Anyone else feel the same?

I'll just have to keep cooing over the piccys posted of Willow and Dolly :D
 
I'm the typical grandmother... lovely to see them but glad to give them back. :D
I don't wonder... I would have nightmares!
 
Haha! I did think that seeing as I've only had my mare 7 months that is it possible! Lol! She has lost weight tho and is looking super fit (for a cob!) so I'm pretty sure were safe! ;)
 
I would love my mare to have a surprise baba, BUT having owned her for 13 years and know there is no stallion in the vicinity, I highly doubt that 'surprise' would ever happen! Mind you, saying that with the amount of flirting she is doing to the neighbouring MARE, any stallion within 100 miles would smell her and come galloping!! :eek::eek::D:D
 
I keep looking at my fat mare & wishing she would get a move on & pop her foal!! Honestly so blinking stressful all this foal watching, im sitting here now watching her on the CCTV.....shes eating. I think people who do this every year must be bonkers....just be glad those tubby mares are just tubby :) :)
