Thats great that your back riding ripples, I too am still pretty crap after a 4 year break.... but the aching etc will get better! Arnica tablets are brilliant!.

An old yard manager of mine was paralysed from the chest down and she used to ride sidesaddle, with the aid of velcro, and she had a foam pad to help protect her seat bones, might be worth looking into!

Well done for getting back in the saddle - it is so hard to make that first move, but now you've done it I'm sure you'll get the muscles back in no time!

re. being insulted - shildasair is probably one of the few people on here who really doesn't have an agenda/axe to grind! It is very easy to take the wrong meaning from these sorts of posts!

Is hard enough for the mobile ones to get back in the saddle after so long, so must be a bit tougher for you (achy and stuff I mean)
I rarely get on board now, the minute I do I can feel the lazy muscles frowning at me.. and I'm a wuss and can't get on me own horse (need a serious kick up the jacksy!)

Hmmm, that i dont agree with. You have offended me in the past as well as the lady who put a post up about her liveries, i think you offended her too.

I'm not interested enough in any of you to want to offend you. If you take offense, that's your decision. Have you ever thought, Vieshot, that some of your posts are/have been rude too? Or do the rules only work one way?

I no......i didnt say she had been offensive and unhelpful in this post, if you look back to my past posts you will see one saying just the opposite. Its only because she said she didnt set out to offend which i dont believe is completely true in some cases.
