Actually something like the RSPCA would. Even if the job lot were valued at around £7K for them all - it's not a difficult amount to raise or put their hands on.

£7000 for 80 horses/ponies, what a joke!!! I would say a minimum of £1000 on each horse, so job lot nearer £80,000. But if pony patters turn up if could be well over £100,000.
