I got a lovely pair of Ariat Grasmeres from my parents for Christmas (2011), and was very upset to notice a couple of weeks ago that the seal between the sole and the leather upper had started to come apart on one of the boots just in front of the instep. I emailed Ariat through their website that evening and got a response, complete with Freepost label for me to print off, at 10 past 9 the following morning.
I posted my boots off on the Saturday with a note of my problem. They turned up again on Tuesday - so only 3 days later! - with a note saying that they had been re-sealed, with new boot trees in them and a bottle of leather conditioner for my troubles.
Very happy bunny, it's so rare (in my experience) to find customer service of that standard!
