We didn't know what she was in foal to so colour was always going to be a surprise lol But he's a chestnut not a bay :)

AW he's so sweet. Was it a complete surprise or had you worked it out before he was born? I have bred four foals over the years and loved every minute of it. They are both lovely congratulations!

We knew she was in foal....it was hard to miss lol .... But we didn't have a clue when it was due :)

Gorgeous foaly!! I opened this thread thinking 'oh no, I can't bear another thread running into 20+ pages and waiting weeks on end for a gorgeous foal' but BAM!! Here, have a foal :D Look forward to more photo's!

What a gorgeous pair! Would love more to see more details and pics of mum (and baby of course!)

Mum came to us because her breeder became ill and unfortunately died , we know she is at least part bred Welsh...She was bred by Margaret Lloyd of Quern Stud?...and the ponies had all been running wild for a few years previously, hence why we're unsure of the sire. We've had her three months now and she has come on really well and we can do most things with her except pick her feet up :( I think she was struggling with this due to resembling a weeble!
