another really sad advert :(

how can people do such a thing? i hope they are doing it just to make us feel sorry and they dont actually mean it :( funny how its lame though and they are desperate to sell sounds sooo dodgey to me

x

not good :( saw one a bit like this, but for kittens, saying all had to go within a week or be drowned. is it just to make people buy them ? i really hope they arent serious anyway

And what if the person really doesnt have any money?

What if they need the car to get to work? The horse will def come second then!

Is it wrong that part of me wants to email asking for pictures? But would need someone to PM in the email address.

I have and still am really thinking about getting a second horse just to keep King company and help eat all the grass we have :D, would love a loan just incase things don't work, but need to talk OH into it and then his mum and dad as it's their land.

If I was ever in a position that I could no longer keep my horse, if it was a choice between her and my children's welfare, yes, she would come second. However, I would never advertise her in such a cruel and callous manner! I believe they want rid because he is injured, and they don't want to pay vets bills.

jesus i willno doubt have competed against them :( as the pics on the "ginger jumping machine" are taken at a competition i go to regularly :( now to identify who it is hmmmm x

The other advert ends with 'uni forces sale'.

Ironic that Uni starts in under two weeks and this one needs to be gone in a week..

It's a little bit disgusting really. Why didn't they sell it earlier in the year? Or if it couldn't sell, then loan it out to somebody, or send it to somebody to sell. No need to threaten with the 'meat reason' just to bag a quick sale.. :( poor boy.

My guess would be that they aren't going to uni or need to fix the car and are just a dodgy dealer pretending to be a private seller

My thoughts :( Or it has a serious lameness issue that they are hiding with the pulled shoe story. Will be interesting if it doesn't sell if the advert reappears next week....
Poor lad though, hope the outcome is a happy one for him (although I resent the thought of the 'owner' gaining monies from it)

Hi guys, I could not help but contact this person to see if they are actually being serious about the "going for meat" bit of the advert (can`t actually beleive anyone would really say that let alone go through with it!!!)

got one text so far saying basically what was said in the advert and that he must go ASAP they have also sent me pics which I am waiting to retrieve but I have not got a very good signal ATM.
I will keep everyone updated...
I should not really be getting involved as im not rich! but you know what its like when heart rules head!
