Antler dog chews

Has anyone tried stag antler dog chews? Do they last well etc? Ive two large dogs who get through normal chews fast so would like something that lasts longer. Where is the best place to buy the antler chews. Dont have many deer around here so cant just pick them up. Anyone know? Thanks

Cinnamon Toast got some for her lads recently and highly recommends them, I thought I'd save the link she gave but can't find it, sure she will be along soon.They aren't cheap but seem to last really well, I am definitely considering getting some for my girls.

I think they are the best thing I have bought my dog! They are expensive, but after a months solid gnawing he's only just got through the end of it (about 1/16th).
It stopped him chewing his plastic food bowl, and random lumps of wood out on walks, even though he had plenty of other 'official' chew things.

Thanks, dont mind paying a bit more if they last. They get through normal chews really quickly so it would be worth it in the long run. Do they splinter or crack etc though?

I bought one each for my JRT and Cav. They're sold by weight so come in different sizes. The long thin one lasted two weeks with them both gnawing it but the short fat one they haven't touched! They don't crack, break or splinter. The dogs really LOVE them.

I got mine from the same place as Paisley. Mine were the large size and out of three, I have 2 full ones left. They are 'high value' toys and the puppies fight over them. Brig isn't a big chewer so his was nicked immediately. I'll chuck some pictures on when the OH gets off the lap top.

I've been giving them for years. Even my heavy chewer they last a long time with.

Comparing it to ours I think it is.

We got ours from the puredog website and ordered large. It was about 11cm long and the widest part was 7cm. My dog loves his and has spent hours chewing the ends and apart from hollowing out some of the marrow it hasn't changed in size.

Think so. Bigdogworld only do large and extra large, I remember.

I got a large one from big dog world. Came really quick and mine like it. I wouldn't say they love it but they have a good chew every now and again and it's about 2/3 of the size now after about a few weeks. That's between 3 of them (lurchers).
