anyone think it would be nice to have a dating section on this forum.....or do you think it would open a whole new can of worms???? lol

so do single horsey guys use this forum??? if so let yourselves be known!
 
I am so with you on this!! I think a dating section would be cool!! I don't live too far from you - maybe we should get together and start one. Oh I am female by the way!! I 2nd OP and all single horsey men let yourselves been known - late 20's plus for me!!
 
glad someone thinks the same!!! and yes we could do equestrain speed dating!!!! (with humans obviously!)
maybe we should get together and set up a equestrian/farmers speed dating night....... ohhh now im thinking of ideas!! lol
 
Kevin, we want age, height, is he fit looking, is he horsey and got a spare lorry?????

Advertise him on here and I'm sure he won't be single long!

And yes, I'd like a H&H dating thing, been single too long now :(

i was on muddy matches, but found it not to be great! lot os "older" types on there wanting a woman to parade around in jodphurs and leather boots....and not just down the yard if you catch my drift! :-)
 
I think untill you are in the Horsey World ;) men don't have a clue what you lovely ladeeezz are like, I have always preferred female company anyway :o so love the attention of the girls at the yard :D It's a way of life and I'm sure if more men were involved they would like it and of course they need to drop the MCP ****

I think it could be interesting!

My beloved daughter signed me up to plentyoffish without telling me but they rejected my photo as the only one she could find had someone else in it, not certain if I was relieved or not!
I couldn't find anywhere on it I could explain about dogs, horses, mud and shavings in places there really shouldn't be and when I said what about the ferrets daughter fixed me with what I can only describe as a steely glare and said we would mention them later......
 
i know friends who have long term partners from muddy matches - so there must be a few noce men on there!

i did speed dating a (good) few years ago when i was single - and found it hilarious

Possibly would be the sort who go for the under the counter mags if they wanted me in leather boots and whips, or a nice guide dog!!!
 
I think you would be suprised how many men are on this site!

Actually we probably have exactly the same problem but just in reverse - women just do not understand how much time our horses take and can not cope with the emotional bond we have with our horses!
 
I am a little mad, a little after your cash (well horsebox) and a lot married but what a great idea it is and I am certain you would find a lovely lady on here!! I'd love to be at the first HHO wedding!! :D

I'm sure I could disprove that theory !! ;) But then I have been told that I don't fit the typical horsey stereotype...

I think a dating section is a great idea!
 
Ach! there'd be too many windup merchants on here, you know female trolls, pretending to be males and winding people up for a laugh. Shame though - love a good flirt!:):D

No we are not all gold diggers, slightly mad though:D

I am female 40 something own horse, box etc so don't need anyone to buy me stuff

but I don't like tight fisted men either. I would like to meet a true gentleman which my female friends say I don't stand a chance as they don't exist any more

oh well I can dream
 
Would be lovely to have an OH that shares my interest, not even all the time but one that lets me love my interest when ever I want without hassle would be great.
Guess I'll be single for quite a while.
 
If Farmers' Weekly can do it, don't see why HHO can't dip their hooves in!

I would like a kind, generous (not especially with money) gentle man (and Gentleman) who can make me laugh, and wants to eat well! I was foaled in 1964, and am not about to look in the "toyboy" pages, even if you are of milionaire status! Maybe one day.........
