Yes quite often, especially my first mare. She actually pushed a tree down with her efforts!!

My mare waxed up so we brought her in from the field then all eveing she was rubbing her bum like mad. She foaled that night at 3.30 had never seen her rub her bum like that until. then. If i was you from my limmited experience i would keep an eye on her.

Well so far we have had milk for 2 weeks, huge lol, expelled her mucas plug last night and rubbing of butt on doors etc....all the signs now just no baby arghhh!!!

and theres all those mares having babies with no signs Stars doing it all hhahahah

Just had a call from helper at yard late, we have box walking, rubbing backside, looking at belly and generally looking different oohhhh... Will let her settle and go up bit later- fingers crossed all x

Yeh eventually lol - stayed in lorry until about 2am and she was fine so went home to comfy bed haha....I just dont know what is going on with her anymore lol, she cant be too long now surely with all these signs, maybe tonight?? lol

My boss asked everyday if i'm a mummy yet - he is expecting me not to turn up 1 morning soon, everyone is soo excited.

Check her milk, if its still watery yellow then no, if its white to creamy colour 24/48 hrs.
