Anyone feeding this years hay yet?

Horse won't eat last year's that I can source and this year's was cut early July.

Been feedback not it for a few weeks. Horses are most appreciative of it.

I fed it two weeks after it was cut. There’s no choice here but they’ve been fine.

yes me we've run out of old hay.fed it 2 days after cutting. no problems they have been on it a month. I do soak it though.

Mine had a new bale a few weeks ago as it wasn't wrapped so nowhere to store it. it was made in a very hot spell so bone dry and it was fine. They are back to last years now as we have a fair bit left over but I would have no qualms about feeding more of the new stuff tbh.
