You know the film where the old guy advises the dad not to get them wet? Oh dear! It's not often they go swimming, because with needing to take Zak out alone, there's just not time some days. However, I was up early so I took Bear and Brig to the river (which had burst the banks so the path was a foot under water, me with short boots on, duh!)

They were crazy when they got home! Bear rolled ecstatically as I dried him (OH bought cheapo hairdryer from Tesco eventually ), Brig was bouncing around and even Zak, having found a pool at the yard, was leaping around like a mad thing!

I've got a gremlin, though not through swimming today. Just plain unpleasant. Sitting in the in-laws kitchen when there was a terrible racket. Their dog comes in with a pierced ear and mine sloping off with her hackles up. I think she's gone back to bed now. Your dogs look like there're having a whale of a time.

They look like they're having a great time. Mine is a hippodogamus most days and can magically find any bit of mud to paddle through on a walk. The lane today was underwater and he was in heaven with all the water.

Only downside is that wet dog aroma isn't the best smell.

How cute is that "gremlin". Boys will go for a swim tomorrow I think. The ponds are almost flooded so they will get a good swim

Mine havent been out today......

Dragged Teal to car, Dylan got in but then ran back to front door with Teal in hot pursuit, Buster was the only one that went out with me to the yard but wouldnt leave the stable..... dog listener me :) Its been non stop here all day I actually have cabin fever and my horse didnt want to stay out so she has been in all day, let her out at 4 again but she didnt leave the gate, every1 laughing at me as she is a door kicker if shes not the first out!

Not a water gremlin, but Isabel got the scent of something on our walk and turned into a complete fruit loop, totally oblivious to me, so I had to pop her back on the lead. She's not normally so intense, so it must have been something good.
