I went on a BE taster day last weekend and really enjoyed it. So much so that I'm thinking of doing another - they seem like a great way to practice all 3 disciplines and get experience of a potential BE 80 venue.
But only if there is enough stuff to jump around or below 80 and if it's a supportive instructor. There is one in April at Ely Eventing with Michael Paveley. Worth giving up Easter Sunday lunch for, or should I go to Quainton the day before, for their dressage and sj combined event instead?
I assume anyone doing a taster day for non members will know there may be some wobbly nervous riders like myself !
It would however mean I might then have THREE training tickets for a BE80. Lawks
