Anyone had their PE sale items yet?

Still waiting!!

I did get a tracking number for parcel force but it is 'advised' meaning its not even left PE yet!!!!!!

Sadly PE asked for a review!!! So sadly gave one! Dopey must have been in charge of the internet that day!

Have been told after 3 weeks, that an item I ordered is out of stock until end of February! The rest of my order has still not arrived after receiving a tracking number from Parcel Force on the 17th December saying it was on 24hr delivery??? Good job I'm not in a rush for my order.

a rug i ordered on the friday of the sale came straight away but it was the wrong rug , they sent the right rug straight out with parcel force who collected the other one
i'm still waiting on something else i ordered on the monday :o
but i'm in no hurry and i'm not about to be complaining yet , 40% off is well worth waiting for :)

Mine arrived today!!!!

I dare not open it up as what happens after all this time and its the wrong things!!!!

That will be Chrimbo down the drain, or rather an excuse to hit the Chrimbo drinkies sooner

Really unimpressed.... I ordered on 1st Dec and my order is still showing as processing. However I did get a text from Parcelforce this morning saying they would deliver today, however they have not shown up yet &their tracking info doesn't give anything further than the fact that it left their depot this morning! It isn't PE's fault that Parcelforce are a no show, but I cant understand why it has taken so long to process items that are in stock. I shall be mightily fed up if I have to go out Xmas shopping after all when I thought I had finished on 1st December!

I ordered mine way before BF, I got a text from parcelforce saying it would arrive on 'x' day, but nothing, then later another text to say it would arrive the day after, confused, I rang up to check whether it should have arrived on day 1 or should i expect it day 2 or had they made an error and sent two out. I was told that when you pay and they process your order they automatically generate a delivery with PF, but that if there is no room on the truck for your item then they then regenerate another delivery with PF.. so basically regardless of when your rug will turn up, you will still get a sort of automated delivery date (and if you are very lucky, your rug will make it onto the truck that night and your delivery will match up with the date... by no means guaranteed. However, I have to say, I had no worries or real delays (other than one day) with my pre Black Friday order, on the whole they aren't a bad company, i just think that this BF thing has to be overwhelming!

Mine arrived yesterday too. Once again, fabulous products.

I'm premier Equine all the way and so what if there's been a blip in deliveries after Black Friday. Their overall service is 2nd to none. They sent endless emails saying they were behind do to the overwhelming response.

i can't fault them. I ordered on Monday and it came today. Only standard delivery as well. I think a lot of retailers got caught out by the popularity of 'black Friday'. Most online retailers say to allow up to 28 days delivery. Lovely saddlecloth. Just wish I had ordered 2 now.

Two of my orders are 'still processing'. Don't have much hope that they will still be in stock by the time they get round to picking my order :(

I received my order. Initially they were taking up to 7 days to process the order at PEI and then they had a problem with Parcel force as the vans they kept sending were not big enough to take everything and they were left with stacks of orders that had been picked and packed and ready to go in the warehouse.
My order had a tracking number for a week before it actually left the warehouse.

Really fed up with the situation now, my order has still not arrived though I accept that there has been Christmas. I spoke to them & they really had no idea when it would arrive. They are now taking orders for the January sale & advertising 10 working days for delivery, they have had my money for a month & are actually in breach of the distance selling regulations. Simply not good enough, & God knows why they are taking more orders for another sale when they are unable to fulfil the existing ones. Total shambles. If they were having trouble with Parcel Force then why not simply use one of the many other available courier companies. Payments should not have been taken until the goods were sent.

I ordered, and payment was taken, on 30th November. I had an email from Parcelforce on 19th Dec saying my parcel was due to be dispatched that day on 24 hr express delivery. It had a tracking number, but gave no response when clicked on.

I rang them on about the 22nd, and was assured it was being dispatched that day. It wasn't.

I spoke to them today, and discovered it has still not left the warehouse. Apparently Parcelforce are overwhelmed by the number of packages.

I asked why orders placed after mine have been received. The policy is that full price items take priority over sale ones. Perhaps this is acceptable, but it would have been good to have been told this when I queried where my order was. It would be interesting to know if others have received sale goods ordered after 30th.

In the meantime I have missed out on a Rambo equivalent for less money, thinking my PE order was in transit.

The person I spoke to sounded pretty fed up and said several times that they had been working very hard. I don't doubt this - it is management decisions that are at fault.

I'm very unimpressed.

I agree oysterbay, I too have had an email with a tracking number but mine has yet to be dispatched also. Under the distance selling regulations the company have 30 days to fulfil the orders, & they haven't. I don't think its fair to dispatch orders received at a later date first but to keep hold of our money. Personally I couldn't care less that they are working hard, it is THIER JOB & they were the ones who took all the orders. If Parcel Force are underperforming then as I have already said, there are hundreds of other courier companies who would love the business, why have they not called in other couriers to get the orders away?? Appalling customer service & I certainly wont be ordering again.

From their facebook page:

Black Friday to Cyber Monday Sale Orders
All orders should be delivered by the 31st.
We are truly sorry we failed get some orders delivered by Christmas and next year (Black Friday) we will know to expect. In all our times of doing sales we have never experienced such a high volume of orders.
We want to thank all our customers for being extremely patient.
Happy New Year.

Took a month for my order to arrive. A week of that, I had a Parcel Force tracking number, like many of you. It did finally arrive on the 31st.

I emailed them and sent a message on Facebook about how upset I was. No reply.

To not even offer some sort of redress is appalling. I wouldn't expect the world, but a refund of postage costs would be nice, at the very least! Nope, just a 'sorry we're so rubbish' in a generic email.

Bad show.

In comparison, I ordered a rug in the Robinsons sale and paid for standard delivery (7-10 days) and it arrived in 5. They use Yodel!

Mine also arrived on the 31st, no coincidence I think that under distance selling regulations the seller has up to 30 days to send the goods or the buyer is entitled to a refund....
