Anyone know about Red Light Therapy (JENT)

Due to the unmitigated failure of my last thread, I am trying again! Has anyone heard of Dianne Jenkins and JENT, or used red light therapy on their horses?

This appears to be done with a small torch with a red bulb in it, retailing at 395 Aus dollars. Not sure what the 3 day course costs because I couldn't find it mentioned anywhere, but I could probably hazard a guess.

I believe Dr Kerry Ridgeway uses a similar thing. I've seen him on a Ulcers DVD using a torch to ease muscle soreness relating to ulcer pain.

From what I understand - it uses shiatsu/accupuncture points? I want to learn more about it but I have my hands full with everything else

Chirovet Julia Muennich from the Maidstone area has recently bought one which she uses on acupuncture points as she has found some horses dislike needles.
