Are OMGs and Hugs a substitute for constructive comments?

QR so if we only offer practical advice on every post should we all start suggesting how an owner who has lost their horse should dispose of it? and how soon they should replace it?

Sorry but I would much prefer the sympathetic hugs in the above situation, each post needs to be taken individually, sometimes people want advice, sometimes sympathy, i think it comes across in how the post is writern, .......prepares to be taken to pieces...........

People use this forum for different reasons and whilst advise is practical sometimes we all just want some sympathy from someone who more or less understands. If you don't want to read other people's comments..then dont!
 
Mr Woof, can I suggest a forum by yourself, where the only answers you see will meet your exacting standards?

For the rest of us, why the surprise? Surely most of us have cottoned on to the fact Mr Woof loves nothing better than upsetting most of us while she raises herself up on to the pedestal?

Leave Mr Woof be, wev'e all got the right to say what we think and hugs and vibes mostly come tops and if we don't have the right to say what we think, might as well close this forum down. are we going down the Nanny state yet again.
 
MrWolf comes across as "old-school"...

and sadly, the majority of HHO members post 2007 are by nature, very PC/I know my rights Types...this generally/inevitably degenerates into a "them/us" Type of argument.

Also, sadly for the Equines owned by said types, their lives aren't what they should be..............

interested to know your evidence or basis for this.

I like being PC in a being nice to people/not offending them sort of way, my horse is fine.
