I think a lot of people on here are introverted because they use the forum lots, nowt to do with liking horses. I know similar dog forums.

I’ve also been following the work of A & E Aron who coined the phrase Highly Sensitive Person back in the late 90’s. A quick google can show you how to find out if you’re one. It was a shock to find I was one and again, explains a lot… loud noises affect me…I read people’s emotions very easily…. I’m extremely empathetic…….. all good to know so you can plan and prepare and not burn out.

I disagree with it saying they don't get stressed as I definitely do! Apparently a strength is calm and practical. Absolutely definitely not!! I also disagree with being happy to fit with the gender stereotypes around the home
