Area Festivals new rules = confused

Please forgive me if I’m being thick but do the new rules mean that instead of AF qualification having started on 1st October it now starts on 1st December so there’s a ‘gap’ of a couple of months?

Also, I can’t find the handbook online any more and wanted to check eligibility, ie can I do bronze Novice and bronze Elementary (I only have 2 points at Elementary). I’m not interested in Regionals.

yes the season is changing so there's a gap now, but there won't be from December onwards as the new 6 monthly seasons will kick in.
Have to get back to you on the eligibility!

ETA I'm going to assume they won't change the eligibility, it's always been OK to do 2 consecutive levels in the same section.

Thanks MP, don’t know why I couldn’t find them!

I think I can do Novice Bronze up to the point of getting 25 Elementary points, so I’d maybe better go Silver instead as I’m planning on doing a few Elementary tests from now on

In the past they've said you can keep your qualification once gained. What you can't do is Silver ele and Bronze Novice.
