Is anyone competing at the Nationals intending to do the Arena Walks. It's our first time there and by the sounds of it it's going to be a bit of a bun fight as the walks are 6.40-7.30am for every class competing that day! I really don't want to blow the pony's brain (and the child's for that matter) before we even get started.
It seems to me the people competing today got a good deal as if they arrived last night they were able to do a walk then.
Also, another question, are competitors able to get on site to stabled horses before 6am? Pony will be stabled Friday night to compete Saturday, but we are staying off site. We are on fairly early Saturday morning, but if we do decide to do the arena walk I would like to have fed and plaitted etc before that, so if we can't get onsite until 6am I'll be cutting it fine - Bobby D likes to take his time over breakfast
