Has anyone used the new all weather xc course at Aston le walls? Do you know how much it is to hire?

Their website doesn't really say anything about it or have any pics! Its about 1 1/2 hours away from me so would like to hear other peoples thoughts before making the trip there!

I went this weekend :-) it's mega! Not cheap, £30 + VAT per horse, but well worth it so long as you're competently jumping 90cms, otherwise there's not really enough below that to make it worthwhile in my opinion. Loads of skinnies, boxes, corners etc all set up so they can be done on their own or as part of combinations; they've also got some ditches (but with a steep slope on one side), a double of large steps, and a good little water round the side with a jump in it & various ones out. I think it's very geared up for the pros to bring their strings out to get ready for the season.

My horse who stepped up to 100 last season got loads out of it so I'd definitely recommend it. You don't get it exclusively (that I'm aware of) but there's loads of space so I didn't really notice the others. Surface was fab.

I have vids but I'm not brave enough to post them so msg me if you want to see! :-)

We took two horses up on Saturday morning for a lesson on the all weather Xcode - definitely worth going (both horses were competing BE90 last year.

I just saw this course on FB and thought it looked amazing. It would be a fair trek for me to get there so from reading the comments above I probably won't go till next year at the earliest as I haven't jumped mine over XC jumps yet and I'm not sure we'd be up to doing 90cm this year!
