Backpacks for dogs?

I recently went to Pets at Home and found a dog backpack in their 3 peaks range and thought it was a great idea unfortunately they only do one size sort of Rotti size . So does anyone know where I could get a backpack in BC or lab size?

Ruffwear do a good one and I believe Spudlet was looking for one a while back so maybe she can advise

my dog has a drizabone doggy coat , and it has pockets either side of it , handy for treats lol

I would only ever get a ruffwear or an outward hound pack.

None of the other fit well and often rub.

Try ebay as they can get very expensive to buy new.

Ditto Katielou, the cheaper ones with the single front breast strap are rubbish, they slip around on the dog and especially slip back and cut into the neck. If you're going to use it over any kind of distance it's best to get one with a fitted shoulder harness like the Ruffwear, Outward Hound or Ezydog ones (think Ezydog is the cheapest out of those, their harnesses are pretty good).

I have just bought a Julius K9 harness for my Dally that can take panniers on it and turns it into a back pack, really nice harness, just waiting for my panniers to arrive!
