Argh, I have a nasty feeling Will isn't going to finish.
It's a bit scrabbly isn't it?Argh, I have a nasty feeling Will isn't going to finish.
Stones I'd imagine. Poor horse got a proper dunking!Ouch, poor horse has a cut from that fall, wonder what’s in the bottom of that lake
He reminds me of Addie from EMD Eventing!@meandmyself he really is! Love him!
She really is!Nicola is such a classy woman. I admire her so much. And Tom, because that can't be easy, taking over so a much loved horse![]()
I'd admire Tom more if he'd pulled the horse up after Huntsman's. I don't think we need to be carrying tired experienced horses home these days, especially when they're out of contention with nothing to prove.Nicola is such a classy woman. I admire her so much. It was the opposite to Jack Mantell who started rather 'eek' then grew round the course and finished brilliantly. They'll set off much more smoothly next time at this level.
The third Jack in that combination learned about horses through Stepney Bank Stables. Adam Short, Tom's groom, also volunteered and learned his stuff there.Full credit to Jack as a first timer who hasn't come up through the ponies/juniors/young riders and has had to sell a lot of horses to get here
