Has anyone seen Laura Collett's Instagram post this morning? Ouch, poor Laura! I reckon Bling will get re-routed to another 5* as Badminton will come quickly.

Looks like she changed her mind or had been asked to remove it. The pics showed her nasty rotational fall during a cross-country schooling session a few weeks ago, and although she was thankfully thrown clear, she unfortunately re-dislocated her shoulder and now needs an op on it. She's now shared a story about it without the pics.I cant see anything on instagram
Oh no I can't believe you cancelled . Sport is sport it should not be political. Kentucky is a lovely event and so is/was Maryland.Well I was due to go to Kentucky as bucket list but cancelled as not putting money into Trumps economy. Unfortunately event tickets are non refundable and Kentucky have been useless at responding to any of my messages offering them the spaces back so am guessing it's not full and my lovely dressage and show jumping seats will sadly remain empty.
More to do with my fall. Can't fly for that long.Oh no I can't believe you cancelled . Sport is sport it should not be political. Kentucky is a lovely event and so is/was Maryland.
Now that is a sad but understandable reason to not be able to go.More to do with my fall. Can't fly for that long.
Have you tried Bristol? We usually drive and stay there but have gotten lease car too at the airport.Delighted to see such a strong Irish field. My neighbour and coach Mike Ryan back at 5* level and a very good friend Alice Copithorn also riding with my mares half sister!
Flights over are relatively cheap but cant find anywhere to stay for the weekend![]()
I too would love to see Harry win! That's a lot of pressure on Ros. I'm hoping for a Harry win this year.

Most athletes have private health insurance and access to the best private care available.I saw a post that Laura had had her shoulder repaired already. Amazing how quickly they can get things done. I had to wait six months for a similar operation on mine. I wonder how long it will take to get back to fitness? Took me months, but again, I think she’ll probably have access to Olympic level physios and treatments.
I believe she bent existing metalwork in her collarbone so would have required emergency surgery.I saw a post that Laura had had her shoulder repaired already. It really is. And yes everything crossed for her.Such sad news re Louisa. Really hope she makes improvements
Not that emergency! She rode at two BE events in the interim, including piloting 3 rides into the top 4 in the OI at Lincoln last weekend.I believe she bent existing metalwork in her collarbone so would have required emergency surgery.
