It seems BER has closed it's doors once more. I hope the horses all find decent homes.
Good, and I for one hope she is NEVER allowed to touch a horse again![]()
I cant imagine that the authorities will let her get away with it twice !!Its all a bit deja vu, but I hope you're right...
But presumably nothing to stop her owning horses personally?
Are there legal proceedings in action regarding the horse that was found dead?
Why should it get removed?I'm not sure, but if there are I'd imagine this post will get removed pretty quickly...
Why should it get removed?
I dont remember the many Amersham posts being removed while legal proceedings were happening?![]()
Its a sad situation for all concerned, I hope all the neddies are safely re-homed or PTS to prevent any further distress and perhaps if anyone can help to rehome they get in touch with the relevant people.
They are being sold!

Surely if the horses are really being sold in the current market only the meat man will want to buy! Or are they going to be sent from pillar to post at the auctions.
I really do hope this time closed really means closed I will never forget those pictures.
I agree. It's a real concern actually. I'm wondering why the RSPCA aren't stepping in to seize.
There is no law against selling horses to the meatman or passing them from pillar to post. The RSPCA have no powers to seize anyway, the police do that for them. There are no powers for the police to seize horses just because they may be passed from pillar to post unfortunately.
