Hi - am considering Bates Webbers, but I have very short legs as am only 4'11"

Would the 24" come up short enough?

Do they fit on an ordinary Ideal whp saddle?

It is dark brown - would their brown match it?

Thanks - all advice gratefully received!!

The 60cm webbers will def be short enough - you might even get away the 70cm, depends how short you ride really. They will fit on any stirrup bar. However, the "brown" tends to be quite an orangey tan colour so you might not like it against a dark brown saddle, although once you are on board they don't show anyway.

We sell Bates webbers with our saddles, and someone rejected them recently because of the difference in the "browns" - and then blamed me

I had to explain that I have no control over Bates' colours!

I have just brought 24" ones for Millie who is ridden by an 11 year old girl. She has them on the 3rd hole from the top so they will go a lot longer. I think they would fit you fine.

I'm 5'6 and I use the kids size ones, which I think are the 24 ", on the second hole for dressage and the seventh or eighth for jumping.
