Hello
Where my horse is kept there is no power but I would like to clip him out, for now just the legs and feathers, him being a welsh /shire the clippers need to perfom.. The Battery clippers I am looking at are Wahl Avalon that has a belt battery pack or Wahl Adelar which has an internal battery. The Avalon are more costly but the website says they are good for a full clip, but other sites say they are not. The adelar however is lower cost and has two one hour battery packs that appear to be good for a partial clip but again other sites say they are no good for feathers ... Aagh. Has anyone used either of these and found them suitable for a clip out / feathers / full clip etc or if they have limitations I would like to know before I buy a set. I cannot afford a top of the range set or can I afford to waste my money so any advice welcome . Thanks to all of you that support these forums Ian
