Opinions please,
My boy is the wettest, mankiest horse overnight. Got equimats down and have tried most beddings available in north east!
At the minute its costing about £40 a month on shavings/ megazorb/ whatever im trying.
He has half a bed about two to three inches thick.
This isnt working,
Im thinking would a full deep bedd (more expensive initially) be more economical in the long run?????
Cant use straw - he eats it, recovering laminitis and am frightened i give him impaction colic from him scoffing it as hes on limited rations to keep his weight down.
