rappa are by far the best Ive found, excellent prices and reliable delivery. and their energisers with the built in charge meter are absolutely brilliant. I use them for horse fencing, cattle fencing, sheep fencing and chicken fencing. I never use anyone else now. rambling a bit but really recommend them!

I've just bought 200 metres of 40mm fencing tape. My local tack shop wanted, wait for it, £75!!!! Got it from Robinsons for £24. Some other big name horsey mail orders do it for a similar price to Robinsons. Don't know if £24 is the cheapest around for 200m x 40mm but it's way better than my local tack shop!!!

I got 3 big rolls of 40mm tape - good quality too - from eBay for £56 and £5 postage

Sorry, can't rememnber the name of the shop

One roll of 40mm tape at our local farm store was £65!

Hey Sugarlump
Don't be drawn by price alone. If your just needing a short paddock/divide then the white 12mm tape is fine for distances up to about 50 meters. If the fence is to be permanent then you need good quality 20mm/40mm tape. These tapes or ropes are usually green, blue or multi coloured and use galvanised steel instead of stainless steel (hence the difference in price) They will conduct the pulse(shock) throughout the entire run of fencing at full power as opposed to the 12mm or cheap tape, which loses its pulse(shock) over distance.
Your local country store should have leaflets about good fencing or pm me
