Best place to sell saddle (Isabelle Worth Wintec DR)

Hi there – just wondering if there are any saddle selling sites I am missing out on when it comes to selling my saddle?

Trying to sell my Isabelle Worth Wintec DR saddle. SO far I have tried Ebay, Preloved and Gumtree and also Nfed – am I missing out on some other websites at all?

Giveup - i did.

Could not sell mine, unless i was prepared to let it go for £100 which i was not as it is great condition - those saddles used to be like hens teeth 2nd hand as well now no one seems to want them.

i tried everywhere.
 
It took me several attempts to win one of these saddles on Ebay so I'm surprised you are having problems.

Did you list it for collection only as this obviously limits the bids?
 
Any local equestrian Facebook pages. I think leather saddles are at such a low value that people opt for them than a synthetic. I just purchased a hand made Walsall saddle for £250 in immaculate condition, I paid £425 for the gp version off a local saddler not in as great condition :(

Have you any local saddlery that could sell on your behalf, I sold a wintec gp in immaculate condtion for £160 :(
 
I had a lot of interest on Ebay and 10 people watching it but no bids?! Have relisted it again and still getting lots of emails so will hope it sells this time!! Have put collection and am happy to courier at buyers expense... Fingers crossed, thanks for all the feedback.. will try local facebook sites, forgot about them and I am a member of about 5!!!!

nancie - out of interest how much did you pay on ebay for yours? an PM me if you would prefer :)
 
Sorry to be pedantic, but you need to spell it correctly to get the most interest - I have just brought one off ebay and got a bargain as the seller had miss spelled the name as you have so didn't come up when you search for Wintec Isabell!

Either label it as Wintec Isabell or Wintec Isabell Werth so it comes up in all the searches.

If you want to sell it, start at £1 and let the bidders bid each other up. Sellers who have their's starting at £200 or more aren't getting bids that I can see.

Most on ebay are selling for £250-£300, but I guess there is less demand for them now that Wintec have brought out a new version - even one of these is only fetching £400 when they are £899 brand new and only a few months old :eek:

Also, state if Cair or flock clearly, people seem to much prefer flock.

Personally, I get very confused over which Isabells are the Wintec Pro ones which are Isabell branded, and which are the "real" Isabells. If someone could explain to me I'd be very grateful as I've been considering buying one for youngster until she's stopped growing and I can get her a leather one!
 
It will have Isabell Werth's signature on the genuine Wintec Isabells -I agree they do look similar to the Pro so can be confusing.... just ask to see a pic of th signature to confirm befoe you buy :D

Is that def right? As I looked at a Pro and it def had the signature on it. Someone said to me before the "real" ones have a signature both sides, and the Pro only on one side!? You can see why I've held off buying, still confused!

I thought there was a Wintec Pro "Isabell" which she gave her name to, and then about 5 years later she actually designed one with Wintec (and also a Bates leather one?). Hence you see the older ones selling for £150 odd and the newer ones for £350 odd?
 
The Wintec Pro Isabell is the Winte Isabell. It is the synthetic version of the Bates Isabell.

Yes there are older versions and newer versions, but if it's an Isabell it will have her signature on it, if it's a plain bog standard Wintec Pro, it won't!

Yes she did bring out a bates one as well (leather) as I looked at that before I decided on the wintec, was just abit out of my price range :D:p
 
P.S. As I previously mentioned, Wintec have launched a new version, however, newer ones of the older versions will have shin pockets, whereas the older of the old version don't, if that makes sense?

How spooky – after posting this someone contacted me through Ebay and has paid the full amount :o happy days! Even with the dodgy spelling!!!! :p:p
