That’s ridiculous. I’m glad there are no funny colours in springers!I’d never paid much attention to the H&H ads but there's lots to poke at on there - for example, is this normal?

This may have cleared up my confusion about why fox red labs must always be described as their colour, I get emails at work 'my fox red is due their booster' etc. in a way that no other colour or breed is referred to - I suppose if you've paid a few hundred quid extra for it you're going to mention it at every opportunity.
I am only poking fun, I know I have colour preferences of my own, it just hasn't been the done thing to charge differently in either of the ones I've bought.
This is something a friend and I always comment on, everyone calls them their fox reds, no mention of breed . I suppose it would make my life much simpler, I could just refer to my black and tans , all under one umbrella never mind the breed. This may have cleared up my confusion about why fox red labs must always be described as their colour, I get emails at work 'my fox red is due their booster' etc. in a way that no other colour or breed is referred to - I suppose if you've paid a few hundred quid extra for it you're going to mention it at every opportunity.
