Ok, as riders we all sweat when we work hard, I just havent worked out the best clothing for it yet! Not wanting to sound disgusting, but I had a lesson yesterday and despite only having a lightweight crew clothing long sleeve polo shirt on I was a sweaty mess with visible pit stains and a sweaty back- nice! I had put on plenty of good quality anti perspirant beforehand.
Can anyone recommend the best type of clothing to wear which will 'dry out' quickly after a lesson etc without having to have bare arms? Even in freezing winter I still have this problem but don't want to strip off!
