Probably my worst bit is my shoulders, I am fine if relaxed, as soon as tension creeps in, up creep my shoulders (I also do this when driving) and I have to consciously push them back down - hateful things, they have a life of their own.
I don't breathe enough when I ride. Even though I'm relaxed, I concentrate on what the horse is doing, and forget to breathe!!
Tipping forward when asking for a canter transition. I only tend to do it on Sugar though. She'll then throw her head up and it takes a couple of laps to get her under control. Most annoying
Toes going out when I'm jumping, especially in the timed bits. I'm working on it though
I also tend to tuck my chin into my neck a bit. I can see where I'm going, it just looks odd
I tip forward in canter. My right hand keeps raising itself in the air without consulting me. My feet stick out like a duck's. Is that enough faults to be going on with? Sad thing is, I probably have loads more
My brain and my body parts don't seem to be connected. My brain says one thing and various limbs do something else.!!
Strange.
Luckily I have a mare who has worked out what various expletives mean and sorts me out
